We're going to be setting up a weekly update that will have important updates and information. These updates will be emailed to the two contacts for each school, as indicated in Mailer I. Everyone will also be able to find those updates here on the website.

Please keep in mind, the date to reserve your room at the special rate of $69 for up to 4 people is coming up fast! It is first come first serve and rooms are starting to sell out so please make your reservations soon in order to secure your spot! Go to the Accommodations page for booking information. This Hotel was also used during the ASCE/AISC National Student Steel Bridge Competition hosted last May at UNLV, and the students really enjoyed this hotel and appreciated that it was only a 2 minute drive from UNLV. (And we must not have done that much damage to the rooms, so they're letting us come back!)

We would like students to submit 20 pictures of their "conference preparation" so we can use them for display purposes at the banquet. Please gather 20 pictures in jpeg format to submit when you check in on Wednesday, April 7.

The individual registration fees are due February 21st. The revised registration forms were sent out and if you didn't receive it, they're posted on the Registration page, under Mailer II. Please note: the registration fee was raised by $5/person in order to accommodate unlimited trailer and student parking from Wednesday, April until Sunday, April 11. This makes things easier on both of our ends, as you won't have to hunt out the parking services to buy the $3/day parking pass for each of your cars and a large pass for your trailer.
